The model returns a structured response: category, urgency level, a short internal summary, and a suggested routing destination. The entire process typically takes under two seconds and is fully auditable from your dashboard.
Yes — every tenant has its own branded email template. You can configure the sender name, reply-to address, logo, primary colour, and footer text per client. On the White Label plan, you can also use a fully custom sender domain (e.g. hello@yourclientsbrand.com) so recipients never see EnquiroAI in the headers.
Spam submissions are classified silently — no auto-reply is sent to the spammer, no alert goes to your team. They are logged in the dashboard under the Spam category so you can review them if needed, but they never clutter your inbox. This alone typically eliminates 15–30% of the noise on busy contact forms.
